This is to notify you that the form for DECLARATION OF DANGEROUS GOODS IN CONTAINER & CONTAINER PACKING CERTIFICATE ( FOR MULTIMODAL TRANSPORT ) has been modified by Hatsu with incorporating Shipper’s liability clause as highlighted , in order to unify the said declaration form for all our vaule Customers and easy to access it, Hatsu has posted this form in its Web-Site, once your Dangerous Goods booking has been accepted by us, please download this form and fulfill with all required data and submit to our Client service desk for processing .

If Shipper’s own “DECLARATION OF DANGEROUS GOODS IN CONTAINER & CONTAINER PACKING CERTIFICATE ( FOR MULTIMODAL TRANSPORT )” form is being used, the following wording must be added ( stamped ) and signed by the Shipper:

“ I undertake to hold the Carrier fully harmless and indemnify them against any and all losses, damage, and expenses resulting from the failure to comply with the above.”
