Evergreen has enhanced the 'e-Report' online services available on its ShipmentLink website (www.shipmentlink.com), making it easier for customers to manage and monitor their shipments. The Event Notification, Tracking Report and Shipment Statistics functions have all been improved in response to customer feedback.

function provides the customer with a shipment overview, now available as either a customised PDF file summary or as a detailed Excel sheet report. And these enhanced reports can be accompanied in a Bar Chart, Pie Chart and Line Chart. Relevant information can be quickly viewed on-line or can be received by e-mail. |

The summary allows customers to manage their shipments by country of receipt and / or delivery, period of receipt / delivery or export / import vessel. The detailed report allows customers to choose from 26 data elements to tailor a customised report. The latest categories include P.O number, seal number on Bill of Lading, shipper name, consignee name and local document number...etc.
ShipmentLink provides a brief introduction to all e-services for easy reference, while its customisable design means it can meet all the needs of Evergreen's diverse range of clients.
